Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and cost standards.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sourcing needs and align strategies.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier information.
• Provide training and support to junior sourcing team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and software, with a solid understanding of market analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
