Our business is growing and we’re looking for a Sr. RF Systems Design Engineer to join our team! This role is hands-on in RF design, troubleshooting, and embedded systems while supporting product development, testing, and failure analysis in an ISO 9002 environment.

What you’ll do:

Design & troubleshoot RF circuits, systems, and embedded hardware/software
Lead technical projects, design reviews, and mentor engineers
Develop test fixtures, requirements, and LabVIEW designs
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on new designs and proposals
Support manufacturing with technical input and failure analysis

What you bring:

Master’s in a technical field + 5 years’ experience (or Bachelor’s + 7 years)
Proven RF electronic circuit design experience
Advanced skills in analog/digital/embedded systems, schematic capture, and troubleshooting to the component level
Strong communication, project leadership, and problem-solving abilities
