Job Description

Our business is growing and we’re looking for a Sr. RF Systems Design Engineer to join our team! This role is hands-on in RF design, troubleshooting, and embedded systems while supporting product development, testing, and failure analysis in an ISO 9002 environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design & troubleshoot RF circuits, systems, and embedded hardware/software

• Lead technical projects, design reviews, and mentor engineers

• Develop test fixtures, requirements, and LabVIEW designs

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on new designs and proposals

• Support manufacturing with technical input and failure analysis

What you bring:

• Master’s in a technical field + 5 years’ experience (or Bachelor’s + 7 years)

• Proven RF electronic circuit design experience

• Advanced skills in analog/digital/embedded systems, schematic capture, and troubleshooting to the component level

• Strong communication, project leadership, and problem-solving abilities
