The Senior Reliability Engineer will be focused on asset management using standardized systems (PEM) and deploying advanced tools (FMEA, MTBF, MTTR) while working with the plant Technical Service Managers and teams to develop a reliability culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardize Practices: Deploy uniform Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) playbooks across all sites
  • Harmonize Systems: Oversee the alignment of PEM AMS. Standardize data entry and reporting.
  • Lead Analysis: Identify asset failure patterns by analyzing performance data.
  • Implement Predictive Tools: Introduce and scale advanced technologies like vibration analysis, thermography, etc.
  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular on-site technical audits with TSM’s to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
  • Manage Change: Coach, mentor, and align TSM’s and technicians with corporate engineering goals.

Experience, Skills, Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in industrial, electrical or chemical engineering, or a related field is required.

  • 5+ years managing maintenance or reliability engineering across a decentralized, multi-facility network, required. Experience within a food/beverage manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 50% to visit individual plants for hands-on auditing and training.
  • Proven track record of overcoming local plant resistance to adopt centralized corporate standards.
  • Ability to build high-level corporate dashboards (PowerBI) tracking overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) designations are highly preferred.
