As the Regional Portfolio Manager at Micron, you will be responsible for supervising projects, operations, and maintenance that provide support and resources for your sites. In this position, you will lead all aspects of cost estimates and maintain multiple Site Facilities budgets. You will work with vendors to ensure processes are followed, provide clear direction for delivery, and review metrics and ongoing benchmarking for quality completion. You will apply available resources to meet company and departmental goals as well as vendor-provided metrics. You will also work with a team fluent in Artificial Intelligence and enhancing AI Agents and workflows for day-to-day efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the NMS Global Workplace (GW) team in Boise

  • Responsible for Business Unit alignment on growth and space needs

  • Actively handle Executive Assistants expectations and support services

  • Own and handle financial projects and variance reporting for the Boise NMS site functions

  • Partner with essential team members, i.e., IT, Audio Video, Security, Environmental Health and Safety, Boise Operations, Boise Projects, ID1 Construction on coordination and site strategy

  • Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for Boise Cushman & Wakefield (CW) supplier team local engagement

  • Leverage AI to make your work more efficient

  • Responsible for successful Boise NMS soft and hard services delivery, which includes leading local delivery vendors and calling out gaps to our current statement of work for:

    • Roads and Grounds

    • Print Copy Services

    • Café services

    • Laundry services

    • Critical Engineering operations

    • US Western Facility Management for line level support

    • Quality Assurance on Global Workplace delivery

    • SPOC for Site admin team for Western portfolio

    • Financially responsible for OpEx and Capital submissions

    • CW SPOC on tactical delivery

    • Quality assurance on GW delivery

    • Landlord liaison for compliance and governance related communication

    • SPOC for Site admin team for Western portfolio

    • Financially responsible for OpEx and Capital submissions

    • CW SPOC on tactical delivery

    • Quality assurance on GW delivery

    • Landlord liaison for compliance and governance related communication

Minimum Qualifications

  • Construction Project Management or equivalent experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in various Corporate Real Estate roles

  • Experience leading 3rd Party Suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in Facilities Management and/or Manufacturing/Semiconductor experience

  • Independent contributor, with a proactive mentality

  • Ability to work with multiple levels of management

  • Designated trade certificate(s)

  • Budget savvy
