Job Description

• Job Title: Sr. Pump Mechanic
• Location: Southeast Houston
• Pay: $35-$45/hr.
• Hours: Day & Night Shift Available 6:00am-4:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Monday to Sunday with rotating weekends
• Duration: temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on API pumps and related equipment; Disassemble, inspect and diagnose mechanical issues; Conduct precision alignments, including shaft and coupling alignments; Reassemble and test pumps; Maintain documentation of all inspections, repairs, and testing
• Requirements: 10+ years’ experience troubleshooting / repairing API pumps and rotating equipment; Ability to read and interpret blueprints & drawings; Strong knowledge of API 610 standards; Experience with precision measurement tools and laser alignment systems.
