Job Overview:
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and qualifications necessary to perform assigned job duties.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, following established procedures and training requirements.
- Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools, including tape measures and other inspection equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete required production, inspection, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work in both indoor manufacturing environments and outdoor conditions as required.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as business needs require.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
