Position Summary
The Senior Marketing & Communications Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing and elevating both the impact and integration of our marketing and communication efforts.
This is not a channel management role; it is an opportunity for a high-impact, versatile marketer to strengthen key capabilities (particularly our website and measurement approach) while helping shape the overall vision for what marketing becomes next. This individual brings clear thinking, high standards, a point of view, and knows how to connect efforts across channels into a cohesive, effective strategy.
They are equally comfortable operating at a strategic level, planning and executing. They are a storyteller and connector, leverage data to drive smarter decisions, and continuously look for ways to improve how we show up, perform, and measure results across channels.
This role requires someone who can collaborate and influence without authority, someone who raises the bar through strong thinking, collaboration, and a focus on getting it right, not being right. Over time, this person will help create clarity, build momentum, and elevate the team and function.

Identify gaps and opportunities across the marketing & communication ecosystem and help prioritize where to focus now and where to go next
Simplify complex situations and narratives for a variety of audiences
Help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across the team
Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Act as a thought partner to elevate how team(s) approaches messaging, marketing/comms plans, and execution
Constructively challenge ideas and contribute to stronger outcomes across the enterprise
Build trust and credibility through clear thinking, strong communication, and consistent follow-through
Strengthen the execution and effectiveness of key digital channels, including website and social platforms
Apply SEO and digital best practices to improve discoverability, engagement, and performance
Support execution across channels as needed, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output
Improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Evolve how marketing performance is measured, focusing on outcomes and business impact
Develop and maintain reporting and connect data across platforms to provide clear, actionable insights
Monitor performance trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Translate data into recommendations, improved decision-making, actions, and results
Support planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across channels and stakeholders
Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work is executed effectively
Help create clarity and alignment across projects and campaigns
Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve content development, insights, and workflow efficiency
Stay current on trends across marketing, digital experience, and audience engagement
Identify opportunities to evolve how marketing operates and delivers value
Required Qualifications:
Degree required Bachelors in Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, website content management, marketing analytics, or related areas; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities and essential functions of the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing digital marketing channels including corporate social media platforms and website content.
Experience applying SEO best practices and managing website content within a content management system.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience translating marketing performance data into actionable insights.
Excellent written communication and digital content development skills.
Strong analytical skills, including building reports and translating metrics into strategic action.
Ability to independently own strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
