We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Allen, TX. This is an is an advanced-level role responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing a broad range of complex photomask manufacturing equipment. Provides technical depth and supports systemic issue resolution.
  

Location: Allen, TX. This is an on-site position, and we are not open to remote candidates at this time.

Shift Openings: Weekend Shift available- Fri - Sun 5:45am - 6:15pm or Fri - Sun 5:45pm - 6:15am 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot complex manufacturing tools independently.

• Certified to run a minimum of three (3) tools and/or work centers independently.

• Ability to identify issues and properly escalate.

• And able to recommend or propose a more effective way for operation in the area, to maximize the output while maintaining or improving the quality of the products.

• Collaborate with Engineering on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Assist with tool qualifications, audits, and new process trials.

• Provide guidance and training for Technicians I–II.

• Ability to identify and communicate equipment/process issues and support performance improvements.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)

• Cleanroom discipline and knowledge of safety protocols.

• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.

• Collaboration and communication across teams.

• Leadership and mentoring expectations increase by level.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven tool ownership.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Physical Demands

☒ Prolonged periods of sitting (4+ hours).

☒ Prolonged periods of standing or walking (4+ hours).

☒ Use hands to finger, handling/grasping objects, tools, or controls.

☒ Reach with hands and arms; atop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

☒ Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

☒ Stooping / Bending.

☒ Talking / Hearing; clear verbal communication and ability to hear instructions or warnings.

☒ Seeing; visual acuity for reading, inspecting or operating machinery

☒ Repetitive motions; typing or assembly work.

☒ Working conditions; exposure to weather, noise, dust, chemicals or confined spaces.

☒ PPE: use of safety glasses, face shield, gloves, protective clothing, hearing and/or respiratory protection.
