Success in this role requires a strong procurement and supply chain leader who leverages Digital Solutions—including automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, enterprise systems, and data-driven insights—to modernize operations, improve visibility, accelerate decision making, and deliver measurable business results. Technology is not the objective; it is the catalyst that enables procurement transformation.

Working cross-functionally with Category Management, Supplier Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, IT, Digital Solutions, and Global Supply Chain teams, you'll help shape the future of procurement while developing a high-performing team focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and customer value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the Americas Procurement Operations team, establishing strategic priorities, building organizational capability, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence across procurement, purchasing, sourcing execution, and supplier operations.
  • Standardize and optimize procurement processes by leveraging digital workflows, automation, and system-driven controls to improve efficiency, compliance, consistency, and scalability.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational performance through process digitization and data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with Category Management, Supplier Management, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Digital Solutions to improve supplier performance, inventory optimization, material availability, supply continuity, and cost performance.
  • Leverage Power BI, enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, improve visibility, and enable faster business decisions.
  • Champion the adoption of procurement technologies, automation, and digital capabilities that improve productivity, compliance, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Utilize predictive analytics, planning tools, and operational insights to improve procurement planning and support informed business decisions.
  • Lead change management initiatives that accelerate adoption of new processes, systems, and digital solutions across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, driving collaboration across functions to deliver measurable operational and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement operations, supplier management, inventory planning, sourcing, and supply chain best practices.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operational excellence, process improvement, or procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), procurement technologies, and digital tools to improve business performance.
  • Experience using Power BI, dashboards, analytics, and reporting to drive operational visibility and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, and digital enablement within procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
