Senior Manager, McDonald’s Field Supply Chain, Sales, is responsible for driving performance across volume, service, and strategic relationships within the McDonald’s Supply Chain ecosystem. This role is pivotal in aligning field operations with corporate objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between McDonald’s Field Supply Chain, Field Offices, Distribution Centers, and Saputo internal partners.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

  • Deliver against business plan targets including volume growth, service excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between McDonald’s Field Supply Chain and key operational partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of McDonald’s Field Supply Chain, market leadership, key Owner Operators, and corporate teams.

  • Lead and sustain customer relationships, resolving issues such as deductions through proactive coaching and collaboration with market and DC management.

  • Position Saputo Cheese as an industry leader through active participation in channel associations and customer interactions

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues by leveraging cross-functional resources and maintaining clear, consistent communication across internal teams.

  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities to grow volume and market share.

  • Represent Saputo Cheese with professionalism and category expertise at McDonald’s corporate and industry events, reinforcing our leadership position.

  • Ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues and maintain clear communication with support departments and the Business Unit Lead.

  • Provide monthly sales and forecast reporting to support business planning and performance tracking.

  • Manage key supply chain relationships, including coordination of forecasting, operational support, and product mix planning.

  • Lead promotional forecasting and product transition activities to ensure market readiness.

  • Oversee invoice processing and claims resolution in alignment with company systems and procedures.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments to support operational efficiency and issue resolution.

  • Complete monthly and quarterly required reports.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field.

  • 5 + years of account management experience in foodservice. Previous experience working within the McDonald’s system preferred.

  • Experience working with Quality Assurance teams is a plus but not required.

  • Equivalent experience may be considered based on depth of industry knowledge and leadership capability.

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SAP ERP system understanding a plus

  • Position requires travel up to 50%

Salary Range: $ 104,730 - $137,455.

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills and training.
