In this role, you will have responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for assigned programs under the Advanced Technology umbrella.
This position is on-site in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Owns the long-term strategy for Supply Chain and Operations activities on multiple small to medium sized IRAD and Capital programs. Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy, including RFPs, Rs&Os, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution
Reviews and assesses request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
Implement key performance indicators internally and with supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers
Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements
Support and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas
Lead CORE projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement
Support OSC lead for internal and external audits of material and cost
Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of developmental program results
Manage a team of professionals and can explains policies, practices, and procedures and influence others
Problems faced are difficult and require consideration of multiple variables and courage to make risk based decisions
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
Any other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Experience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation & performance management
ERP work experience, SAP highly preferred
Proposal experience and experience with FAR
Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience as a Materials Program Manager
Previous history managing employees, experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision in order to meet deadlines
Project management experience is a strong plus

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
