The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

As a Sr. Finance Manager, Loyalty, you will lead financial strategy, performance management, and analytics for Target’s loyalty ecosystem, serving as a key financial partner in how guest value is delivered through promotions, benefits, acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives across the full loyalty lifecycle. You will own critical financial levers, forecasting, and business insights that drive guest engagement and enterprise profitability, while partnering cross-functionally to shape both near-term performance and the future evolution of Target’s loyalty program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own financial strategy and analytics for loyalty guest value, including promotions, benefits, and marketing initiatives across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, retention)
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for loyalty offers, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and evaluate business cases to optimize both guest value and financial performance of the loyalty program
  • Serve as a strategic partner in shaping the future of the loyalty program, including personalization efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, loyalty, financial products, merch, & marketing key teams to ensure strong execution, measurement, and data-driven decision-making

About You:

  • MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience
  • 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively story tell
  • Highly organized, ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities autonomously
  • Retail, loyalty and accounting knowledge preferred

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
