**POSITION; SR. MAINTENANCE TECHICIAN

LOCATION: HAZLETON,PA

$1,250 signing/retention bonus over the first year**

**POSITION SUMMARY: **This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management, and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

\> Excellent Mechanical Abilities

\> High School Diploma or equivalent

\> Integrity and a great work ethic

\> 3-5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance

\> Industrial, mechanical, and electrical experience

\> Working in a team environment

\> Use of a CMMS

\> Ability to plan and organize work independently

\> Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills

\> Strong commitment to Safety

\> Ensure consistent and dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as needed.

\> Able to work overtime when needed.

\> Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

\> Plastic Bulk Conveying

\> Plastics processing

\> Troubleshot Mechanical and Electrical issues

\> Automation and Controls

\> Hydraulics and Pneumatics

\> Any other tasks required by Management

\> Use our CMMS during your shift

\> Water flow and Heat transfer applications

\> Welding

\> Electric

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:Plant environment

**PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: **Some stair climbing, lifting 25 pounds or more
