Position: Senior Maintenance Technician - Crosby
Location: Crosby Plant – Crosby, TX

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 40 Hours & Week On-call hours expected
The Senior Maintenance Technician repairs, installs, alters, fabricates and otherwise maintains all of the plant’s equipment and facilities according to national, state and local codes and orders, as well as industry recognized best practices. The Senior Maintenance Technician supervises others as required in the repair and maintenance of plant equipment. The Senior Maintenance Technician supervises contractors on small capital projects. The Senior Maintenance Technician coordinates and schedules maintenance work requests and performs Preventive/Predictive Maintenance activities. The Senior Maintenance Technician maintains appropriate maintenance records, equipment files and spare parts inventories. The Senior Maintenance Technician assists with plant improvements and coordinates the activities of outside vendors on plant premises, and keeps leadership informed of plant maintenance issues and needs.
