Lead High-Impact Aerospace Supply Chain Programs as a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager!

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an accomplished Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead complex aerospace supply chain initiatives from planning through execution. This highly visible role requires a strong supply chain operations background, polished executive communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to measurable results.

You'll work across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment while presenting project performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex Integrated Supply Chain projects from initiation through completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, risks, mitigation plans, and deliverables.

• Manage project execution to meet schedule, quality, and business objectives.

• Coordinate across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment teams.

• Conduct project status reviews and communicate milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and project updates.

• Analyze supply chain performance and identify risks and optimization opportunities.

• Drive corrective actions and resolution of complex operational challenges.

• Identify process improvements and implement supply chain best practices.

• Influence stakeholders and drive organizational change in a complex, matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of supply chain project management experience with demonstrated success delivering complex projects.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of supply chain operations, including:

  • Procurement

  • Planning

  • Manufacturing

  • Logistics

  • Customer Fulfillment

• Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams.

• Executive-facing presentation and communication experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across multiple organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Master's Degree preferred.

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience.

• Strong project management methodology and tools expertise.

• Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement.

• Global and cross-functional team leadership experience.
