Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical SME to support a mission critical facility. This Direct Hire Assrole serves as the on-shift authority for electrical systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation of power distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support electrical operations and switching activities

Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions

Partner with operations teams to maintain uptime

Enforce safety standards (LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA)

Train and mentor operators

Qualifications:

8+ years with medium/low-voltage systems in industrial or critical environments

Experience with switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution

Ability to read electrical schematics

Strong safety and leadership mindset

Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 coverage), Direct Hire position, Pay based on experience, Great benefit package!
