What You Will Do:

Raytheon Technologies has an excellent technical lead opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer with a background in radar systems and electronic warfare technologies.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’re the technical interface both internally and externally for the products you lead, and your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines
• Proactively and efficiently resolving issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
• Supporting Advanced Airborne Systems products

This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon’s Forest, MS facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical system test and/or design

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology
• Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents, including electrical schematics
• Experience with RF
• Experience with project execution
• Experience in Power Supply testing
• Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
• Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, Signal Generator, Signal Analyzers, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
