The Sr. Director enterprise employee listening is accountable for strategy, capability development, tools and successful implementation of all employee listening programs. This role is a strategic thought partner across all HR COEs, seniormost HR Business Partners and Business Unit lead teams to craft innovative listening strategies and programs connected to business challenges and clearly defined outcome KPIs. The role is accountable and responsible for the effective roll out of listening programs and delivery of insights to Business Unit and Functional Unit leadership teams.
Key Accountabilities
Set and evolve an enterprise strategy to deliver a comprehensive, innovative, multi-channel, and flexible employee listening function
Set strategy and priorities with HR COEs to design & implement employee lifecycle listening solutions and create insights to inform enhancements to the employee experience
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on the design & implementation of employee listening programs
Provide analysis & insights on measurement program results to enterprise senior leadership teams
Influence and drive actions/decision making of enterprise senior leadership teams tied to business strategic goals & outcomes.
Lead resources across the People Analytics team to enable actions & decisions that drive employee experience outcomes
Manage the day-to-day work of the Employee Listening team and the Enterprise Listening vendor (Medallia) to ensure successful launch of all measurement programs
Develop and execute repeatable, scalable measurement solutions, processes and governance frameworks
Develop, maintain and drive adoption of best practice question/item banks, standard instrument designs and best practice multi-channel measurement strategy playbooks
Experience and Qualifications
10+ years in People Analytics//Employee Listening
Master’s required, PhD preferred: I/O Psychology Behavioral Sciences, or related field
Implementation of Innovative enterprise, global and large BU/ cross-functional listening programs/processes
