A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.
As a Senior Digital Press Operator, you will...
Set up, operate, and clean digital press equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
Oversee delivery operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely output.
Maintain or exceed established quality benchmarks consistently.
Follow all operational, safety, and quality protocols to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Accurately record production data in the Monarch data collection system.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment reliability is maintained.
Train team members as directed by the supervisor.
Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback for process improvements.
Flex across cost centers, as needed, to support business demands.
Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
Operate a variety of digital printing equipment, including Xerox, Konica, HP Digital Press, flatbed printers, Hunkeler, Canon/Océ, and other finishing equipment.
Support the creation of high-quality printed materials for internal and external use.

About you:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating digital printing presses.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts).
Be available to work holidays during peak production periods.
Proficient in reading and interpreting job tickets.
Familiarity with print production software is preferred.
Skilled in machinery operation and troubleshooting.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location
