This newly created role is a critical addition to our Customer Experience team and a key strategic partner to our sales organization. You’ll be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence, from the first quote to final delivery.

What You’ll Do
Based in our Easton, PA office, the Senior Customer Experience Representative will serve as a high-touch liaison for our most important customer relationships. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead project execution for key accounts, and help streamline communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, all while driving a premium customer experience.
