Job Description

This position is for a 2nd shift supervisor for the Printed Circuit Assembly Manufacturing factory in Endicott, New York.  2nd shift hours are typically 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM. The selected candidate will have responsibility for managing our 2nd shift assembly team of approximately 22 people.  Duties include but not limited to ensuring mfg schedule is met, resource/labor planning, hiring personnel, developing team members, administering performance reviews and hosting daily schedule standups and shift handoffs. 

In addition to supervisor responsibilities the selected candidate will also perform production control tasks for the front end of the mfg process.  This includes Surface Mount (SMT) line support and prioritization, X-Assembly and Final Inspection.  The candidate will also be expected to work closely with the engineering support team to help solve problems that arise to ensure on time kit releases and SMT runs for production CCAs .
