We work onsite with our team based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and Juneau, Wisconsin. Our team of 700+ passionate pet people thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the occasional office cameo from a four-legged friend.
Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Overtime and Saturdays as required)
Summary:
The Quality Technician I is responsible for providing initial support to Receiving, Manufacturing, and Shipping for quality-related issues that arise. The Quality Technician also performs product and process audits throughout the facility. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.

While performing the duties of this position, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus as needed to safely perform job duties.
