Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive S&OP Analyst to join our dynamic team in Beaumont, CA. As an S&OP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. You will collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Analyze sales forecasts and inventory levels to develop accurate demand plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on supply chain strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in S&OP.
Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to review forecasts and align on action plans.
Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Maintain and update documentation related to S&OP processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
