SOLIDS CONTROL TECHNICIAN – CENTRIFUGE OPERATOR

POSITION TYPE: Contract/Per Diem

SHIFT SCHEDULE: 28x14 Rotation

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous Solids Control Experience

COMPENSATION: Per Diem + Travel Pay

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Solids Control Technician to operate and maintain centrifuges and solids control equipment on an 18x14 rotation. This role is ideal for experienced oilfield professionals seeking structured rotation work with comprehensive compensation including per diem and travel pay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor centrifuge equipment during all operational phases
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solids control equipment
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and operational records
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report anomalies to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Work effectively as part of a crew in a high-pressure oilfield environment
• Perform equipment setup and breakdown at job starts and completions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Solids Control experience (REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Experience operating centrifuge equipment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to work 18x14 rotations away from home
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment in outdoor conditions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of dedicated solids control experience
• Experience with multiple centrifuge models or manufacturers
• OSHA certifications or similar safety training
• Experience in permian basin or major shale plays
