Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
• Proven experience in soldering and electronic assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes.
