The Engineering Manager will lead delivery of core capabilities and foundational frameworks for the firm’s strategic BRx Platform. BRx is a key modernization initiative focused on simplifying how clients integrate with multiple backend engines, aligning platform services to business capabilities, and enabling scalable, reusable, and resilient technology solutions across the enterprise.
This leader will manage engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, modifying, adapting, and implementing short- and long-term technology solutions through new and existing applications, platform services, systems architecture, and application infrastructure. The role requires strong technical leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to partner across product, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise modernization goals.
Position Requirements
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $240,000.00- $250,000.00 USD.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
