Summary: The Software Engineering Intern will provide Software support to the Engineering Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned.
· Think logically and reasonably to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
· Knowledge of Software Engineering concepts and principles
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data.
· Research solutions to project concerns, analyze and recommend solutions to problems.
· Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
· Assist in documenting software specifications, technical procedures, and user guides to ensure clear communication among team members.
· Understand department needs and seek clarification when needed.
· Adheres to and enforces safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
· Reports food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED;
Currently attending accredited institution pursuing a degree in Software Engineering or a related field .
