Job Overview:
JOB SUMMARY:
Power Platform developer to support expanding portfolio of ERP, CRM, AI, and automation initiatives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience developing applications
- Power Platform (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Power Automate (flows, connectors, approvals)
- Dataverse (tables, relationships, security)
- Code Apps
- Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tooling to accelerate development workflows (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or equivalent)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Documentation
- SDLC
- Git-based source control with branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based)
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, boards, repos, and release management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AI / Automation Experience
- Spec driven development process
- Working proficiency with C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Excellent English
- Work directly with business users and IT governance
- API and Integration Development experience o API and integration development using REST APIs, webhooks, and message-based patterns
- Experience consuming and exposing OData services for data integration and external system connectivity
- Proficiency with JSON, XML, and common serialization/deserialization patterns
- Understanding of data pipelines and staging
- MS Fabric
- Lakehouse concepts
- Familiar with D365 FO architecture
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accelerate delivery and support high-priority efforts for automation workflows and AI-driven solutions
- Support and operationalize solutions that require ongoing enhancement and integration into governed data pipelines
- Provide proper documentation and production-level support to ensure solutions can be scaled and sustained beyond their initial development
- Maintain enterprise development standards ensuring all solutions are built with proper security, testing, documentation, and structured deployment practices, rather than one-off or unsupported applications
