| 1 | Prepare automation equipment account; Prepare and verify the automation equipment account of each factory; | |||
| 2 | Responsible for reguarly inspecting hardware,software mantenance, assist in solving key issues and technical obstacles relate to equipment sudden break down by program issue. | |||
| 3 | Responsible for fixing program and control system related equipment sudden breakdown; | |||
| 4 | Responsible for applying the spare parts requisition list relating to automation equipment ; | |||
| 5 | Regularly backup or revise automation program and ensure the reliability of backup; | |||
| 6 | Responsible for prepareing transformation or upgrade plan, responsible for supervision of the implementation of transformation/upgrade plan; responsible for debugging through for all related product affected by the transformation/upgrade. | |||
| 7 | Responsible for organizing the preparation of production technology management system, preparing or revising technical operation specification, and for strictly implementing, supervising, inspecting and correcting the system and specification. | |||
| 8 | Responsible for reviewing the designed document and drawing, participate in preliminary investigation, location survey and preparations before construction; Ensure the accuracy of design drawing and the smooth construction. | |||
| 9 | Responsible for organizing technician for technical problem tacking, technical innovation, promoting new technology, material and process. Ensure the production equipment under the best technical state. | |||
| 10 | Responsible for new product related program and control system development and debugging. | |||

| IⅤ. Qualification | ||||
| Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | ||
| Experience | at least three years of work experience at Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, AB, kuka Robot System etc. | |||
| Education | Bachelor’s degree or above | |||
| Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors. e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. | Mechanical technician should master "four understandings and three know-hows", four understands are understand principle, structure, performance and usage; three know-hows are how to use, how to maintain and how to troubleshoot. | ||||
| Familiar with the application of computer office software, particularly control programming software | ||||
| At least familiar with two of Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, AB,KUKA robot and order programming system. | ||||
