Arctic Snow & Ice Control, Inc. and IFOG, Inc. are hiring experienced snow removal operators and salt truck drivers for the 2026-2027 winter season.

Operators are required to plow parking lots as directed by dispatch or field foreman. Operators are required to inform foreman of fuel situations at the beginning and end of each event. If fuel cell is on site operator is required to fuel equipment and fill out fuel logs directed.
Operator is required to keep equipment cab clean of all garbage and debris. Operators must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Operators are required to report incidents/accidents to their foreman immediately.
Operators are required to maintain a legal and clean driving record.
Essential Job Functions:
Plow Parking lots according to dispatch or foreman instructions.
Report all incidents/accidents to their respective foreman
Make sure all equipment has been fueled, (daily fuel log reporting) and cab cleaned at the end of each event.
Plow, Salt or Shovel when necessary or as directed.
Make sure equipment is in a good and safe working condition; report all maintenance issues to foremen immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years in Commercial Snow Removal or Equipment Operating Experience, Maintain a clean driving record.
Valid CDL License is required for some projects, but not for all operating positions.
Lift minimum of 50 lbs., Plow and/or salt lots as necessary.
