Job Summary & Essential Functions

Load and assist with setup and staging of product on the SMT lines.

Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines
Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines
Assist in building of electronic assemblies as needed
Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
Beginner level in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
Ability to read and understand load plans
Intermediate component identification skills
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts
Knowledge of IPC-610 standards
Abilities listed in General Requirements for Team Members

Required Experience & Education

High School Diploma or GED
No experience (Just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!)
