Now Hiring: SMT Operator | Milford, CT

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our manufacturing client in Milford, CT!

Position Details:

• Location: Milford, CT

• Pay: Up to $20/hour based on experience

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Some Saturdays required as needed

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

• Weekly Pay

• Benefits offered upon permanent hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT production equipment

• Assist with electronic component placement and PCB assembly

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
