Job Title: SMT Machine Operator

**Location: **Sugar Land, TX 77478

Duration: 11 Months (Possible extension)

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr on W2

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Location: Onsite

Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting SMT production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. The role involves equipment maintenance, process improvement, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment according to established procedures.
• Work with screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
• Identify and verify electronic components.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with failure investigations when required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• English communication skills.
