As a Slitter Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that materials are cut to precise specifications. ## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting machines to cut materials to specified dimensions.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on slitting machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.

• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

• Previous experience as a Slitter Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
