## Responsibilities
Set up and operate slitting machines to cut materials to specified dimensions.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on slitting equipment.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a slitter machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
