Put your aerospace assembly skills to work! We're looking for detail-oriented, motivated Assemblers with aerospace manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced production team. If you're skilled at working with small components, have steady hands, and enjoy precision work, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on assembly of small aerospace components, including latches, slides, and related parts.

• Assemble products using hand tools and detailed work instructions.

• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Handle small, delicate components with precision and care.

• Maintain a steady production pace while meeting quality standards.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience required.

• Experience assembling small parts, latches, or slides preferred.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with a team.

Shifts:

• 5:30am to 2pm

• 6am to 2:30pm

• 2pm to 10:30pm

• 3pm to 11:30pm
