We’re seeking experienced Welders and Fitter Welders to join a respected fabrication team in St. Joseph. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment on 1st shift.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and strong weld quality
• Complete a hands-on welding skills assessment

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Prior welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
• Must provide own welding hood and steel-toe boots
• Welding jackets and sleeves provided
