The Tool and Die Maker will:
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team on designs and print changes.
- Partner with our dedicated floor personnel to ensure the timely completion of new die builds.
- Assist in the construction and oversight of newly implemented dies.
- Set up dies for production runs in our presses, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a well-oiled machine for our operators.
- Use your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address any issues that arise during development and production.
- Tear down and skillfully reassemble dies when necessary.
Tool and Die Maker candidates have:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or 4 years of hands-on work in the trade, along with completion of trade or vocational school.
- A knack for thriving in high-pressure environments.
- An eagle eye for detail.
- Proficiency with manual mills and surface grinders.
- Experience working with blanking dies, progressive dies, and high-speed stamping dies.
- Knowledge of carbide details is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: From $27/hour plus overtime

Schedule: 8hr Shift, Day Shift, Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate: Mooresville, IN 46158 – Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
