Job Overview:
Skilled Press Brake Operator (Direct Hire)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team at a precision sheet metal fabrication and industrial powder coating company. We are expanding our operation and will be installing brand new Cincinnati press brake machines equipped with Wilson tooling in approximately two weeks.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced operator with strong setup and programming capabilities who can step into a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. This role is critical to supporting production across a wide variety of industries, including:
- Agricultural equipment
- Medical devices
- Automotive components
- General industrial manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure precision and consistency
- Maintain production efficiency and machine safety standards
- Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Employment Details
- Direct hire only
- Willing to honor a 2–3 week notice period
- Looking to interview immediately at our shop
Compensation
