Service First Staffing – Manitowoc is hiring a Skilled Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and support the continued growth of our Manitowoc office.

The ideal candidate will have previous staffing or recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of skilled industrial hiring. This role requires someone who is organized, professional, confident communicating with candidates and clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and screening qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating placements, building candidate relationships, and partnering with clients to meet their hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for skilled industrial positions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual skills are a plus
