WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Employees who:
Furnace (Cattin) Operator - Night Shift 12-Hours (3-2-2-3 Schedule):
Operate the Bending processes required in delivering optimal quality parts.
Understands detailed parameter requirements of the Cattin.
Performs parameter checks and identify breaker issues.
Operate functions of HMI and IP gages, interpreting trends and heat activities of the furnace.
Perform regular checks, such as part quality, gaging, sag mapping, xenon light distortion checks, etc.
Understand and make proactive adjustments for convex issues; diligently responds to necessary reactions.
Communicate with upstream Paint Room Operator, to assure a steady product flow from Cutting to Bending.
Perform changeovers and understand basic principles of relation between windshield and bending fixtures.
Cutline/Paintroom Operator - Night Shift 12-Hours (3-2-2-3 Schedule):
Properly locate screens
Assist with key tasks during changeovers
Properly read and tape up stencil
Understand which paint to use and where to find it
Get screen ready to run, using booting and inspection of screen
Perform viscosity checks
Demonstrate proper mixing of paint and materials
Operate basic functions of the panel views
Knows Kurt system and uses it for process control adjustments
Can properly load programs from a disk to the grinders and cutters
Assists with key tasks during changeovers
Able to make any adjustments and troubleshoot with help when the process has been started up and running
Perform cutting wheel and spring changes
Can properly set up cups on vacuum table
Can measure coolant levels and adjust accordingly
Understands the functions of the washer
Can operate basic functions of the panel views
Can change grinding wheels on all grinders

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years' operator experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to learn and follow procedures while working safely in a manufacturing environment.
Able to lift 45-50 lbs regularly and/or occasionally able to walk 5-10 feet while carrying a 45-50 lb. windshield.
Able to raise objects from a lower to higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position.
Repetitive movements of wrists, hands and/or fingers
Repetitive twisting and bending of upper & lower body.
Work in extreme heat and humidity.
Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities.
Able to stand on concrete for extended periods of time.
Some type of computer knowledge.
Work a 12-hour shift on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule and work overtime as needed.
Overtime may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays.
