Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We are currently looking for individuals in the Michiana area who like to build and contribute to the overall project and who are not afraid to travel.

If you have the following qualifications, we are looking for employees like you:

• Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience in sheet metal construction a plus
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs
• Excellent attendance is necessary
• Willingness to travel (1-2 weeks at a time)
• Able to work 60-70 hours per week
• Flexible time off
• Team player mentality

Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactorily pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.  DUI, reckless driving, or excessive at-fault accidents may be disqualifying.
