Flexographic Press Operator

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for a manufacturing client. This position requires previous hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent production and print quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses.

• Prepare and load printing plates, inks, and materials.

• Adjust press settings to ensure proper color, registration, and print quality.

• Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments.

• Inspect printed materials for defects and maintain quality standards.

• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve basic operating issues.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of printing equipment.

• Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on flexographic press operating experience is required.

• Must demonstrate the ability to independently operate flexographic printing equipment.

• Must successfully pass a skills assessment.

• Knowledge of printing processes, inks, plates, and press adjustments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment.

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
