What You'll Do:

✔ Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines

✔ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

✔ Work with G-code and CNC controls

✔ Calibrate tools and ensure precise machine operation

✔ Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

✔ Troubleshoot machining and production issues

✔ Produce high-quality, tight-tolerance parts

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5–7 years of CNC machining experience

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

✔ Excellent math and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Experience with live tooling and advanced machining techniques is a plus

✔ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
