As a CNC Machinist at Natoli, you will set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, with the potential to assist in light programming based on experience. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled, organized facility where quality and precision are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC equipment for production runs
• Generate or troubleshoot CNC programs as needed
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and adjust machines as required
• Make tooling changes and modify tool geometry when necessary
• Perform light machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.)
• Keep your work area clean and well-organized
• Work independently and uphold company quality standards

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision
• Knowledge of G and M code
• Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam or Fanuc controls helpful
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and carrying trays or materials up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

• 2nd shifts are available - 3:30-12am - Mon-Friday
