EHC is currently looking for a Skid Steer Operator for a client on the northwest side of Houston, TX.

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, skilled skid steer operator to support outdoor biochar production operations. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a skid steer to transport and weigh production bins; relay weight to the production operator via walkie-talkie
• Refill the hopper with pecans as needed
• Monitor water levels throughout the production process
• Observe biochar output quality - report excess embers or brown char to the operator immediately

Requirements:

• Proficient, experienced skid steer operator
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended shifts in variable conditions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to committ to the full assignment schedule
