Machine Operator – Manufacturing

📍 McKinney, TX | 💲 $17.50 – $20/hr

Prysmian is hiring Machine Operators to support wire and cable production at our McKinney, TX manufacturing facility.

✅ Regular overtime opportunities (1.5x pay)

✅ $2.00/hr overnight shift differential (up to $19.50/hr)

✅ Full benefits package

Shift Options

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment (Skaltech & Rewind machines)
• Inspect equipment and product quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Support production goals through reliable attendance and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Must live within 45 miles of McKinney, TX
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime
• Manufacturing, production, or labor‑intensive experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a loud, industrial environment
