This position is CONTINGENT on contract award.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision, coordination, and administrative oversight of contractor personnel performing KC-135 organizational/intermediate/depot-level aircraft maintenance support at Fairchild AFB, WA, with potential TDY support to other KC-135 locations as directed.
The Site Supervisor will ensure contractor personnel are present, qualified, properly assigned, and performing in accordance with the contract, Performance Work Statement, technical data, quality requirements, safety requirements, and applicable Air Force guidance. The Site Supervisor reports to the SKA Program Manager and serves as the primary on-site interface between S&K and the Government customer.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of assigned personnel
- Ensure contract performance requirements are met in accordance with applicable governing instructions and technical data
- Coordinate production priorities with the Government Maintenance Control or designated representative
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, Tool Control, FOD prevention, and environmental programs
- Monitor workforce attendance, conduct, and performance
- Review and approve employee timekeeping records
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance counseling when required
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of personnel
- Address and elevate employee relations matters in accordance with company policy and applicable CBAs
- Prepare required reports, correspondence, and deliverables
- Maintain professional communications with Government leadership and company management
- Perform other duties as assigned, including TDY or travel if required.
Education | - Associate degree in Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology or related discipline is preferred. Related work experience may substitute for the education requirement. Each 2 years of related experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.

Experience | - Minimum of ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experience is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience in military, government, or contractor aircraft maintenance operations is required.
- KC-135 or other Air Force wide-body/tanker aircraft experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating flightline, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, aircraft documentation, and production requirements is preferred.
- Experience supporting CFT, DoD, or Air Force maintenance contracts is preferred.

License, Cert or Registration | - Must have a clean and valid state driver’s license.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess and maintain a current Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain base access, Common Access Card, and required Government system access.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and any required visas or travel documentation for CONUS/OCONUS TDY travel, as required by the contract or task order.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a flightline driver’s license if required.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities | - Must be able to read, interpret, and apply technical publications, maintenance instructions, contract requirements, and local operating procedures.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with Government customers, company leadership, and contractor personnel.
- Must be able to manage competing priorities, shift changes, TDY requirements, and time-sensitive operational needs.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and general business systems.
- Must be able to draft professional correspondence, reports, and deliverable inputs.
- Must be able to work day shift, night shift, weekends, holidays, overtime, or adjusted schedules as required by mission needs.
- Must be willing and able to travel TDY as required.
