Focus: The Site Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of capital and expense projects within Olin Texas Operations. This role leads a team of Project Managers and Manufacturing Representatives and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The Site Project Manager collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EH&S, Technology, Procurement, and Finance to prioritize and execute projects that support site reliability, safety, and productivity goals.
Site Project Manager Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Project Managers, providing coaching, technical guidance, performance feedback, succession planning, and addressing performance issues
- Ensure strategic alignment with site, business, and functional partners to prioritize project execution and assign resources to complete project execution for capital and expense projects within Olin Texas Operations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation by owning and overseeing manufacturing performance metrics, while ensuring strict adherence to EHS and quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Oversee multi-project portfolio governance, ensuring prioritization aligns with business needs, site goals, and resource availability by collaborating between engineering, operations, reliability, supply chain, and finance teams
- Manages annual budget and forecasts for projects within Olin Texas Operations ensuring cost control meets site and corporates targets. Performs site and executive-level reporting on project progress, performance, and risk status
- Drive project excellence by promoting continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and leading change management for new technologies, process improvements, and organizational design within the Project Management team across businesses and locations within Texas Operations
